Before Your Appointment
How should I prepare for my visit?
- For the best experience:
- Hydrate beforehand and avoid arriving dehydrated.
- Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before your appointment (unless your care team advises otherwise).
- Limit alcohol the day of your visit.
- Wear comfortable clothing—especially if you’re adding recovery services.
Should I work out before or after?
Many clients prefer to schedule FLOW on a recovery day or after a workout. If you’re doing an intense session, consider hydrating and eating first, then letting your care team guide the best timing.

Please list all medications and supplements during intake. Do not stop prescribed medications unless directed by your medical provider.
